Twin Peaks was a award-winnng television miniseries that was created by David Lynch and Mark Frost. The pilot episode aired on April 8, 1990 on ABC, ensnaring viewers with the mysterious murder of a small-town sweetheart, Laura Palmer ( played by Sheryl Lee). An FBI investigation ensues, lead by Agent Dale Cooper (Kyle MacLachlan). Twin Peaks spanned two seasons, with the final controversial episode airing June 10, 1991. The show is set in the small fictional town of "Twin Peaks" and was filmed in Snoqualmie and North Bend, Washington.
